Titanic Hotel, Belfast

Renaissance Engineering is designing the mechanical and electrical services for the new Titanic, Pavilions and Drawing Offices Hotel in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast. This building was the landmark Harland and Wolfe headquarters and is adjacent to the impressive Titanic Exhibition Centre. 

The building is listed and is of historical importance, so the resoration and conversion had to be sympatetic to to the existing architectural features. Renaissance Engineering are designing the building systems to achieve an A rating under SBEM.

Social Housing

Renaissance Engineering have been apointed Mechanical & Electrical designers for the new social housing project in Popintree, Dublin. This project comprises of 49 urgently needed homes, with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, being constructed in 2 phases.

Renaissance Engineering will design these homes to acieve an A2 rating.
