Large Industrial Warehouse

This is a large industrial warehouse, running a Cash and Carry operation in Ballymount, Dublin.

Renaissance Engineering provided the solution for both the efficient space heating and cooling, taking the solar gain into account.  The product had to have a stable environment to avoid unnecessary spoilage of the goods.

We achieved a BER Certificate for the premises from SEAI.  The lighting design used the natural daylight to reduce the need for artificial lighting as much as practical, but it had to provide sufficient lighting for 24/7 operations.
