Renaissance Engineering provides a full Project Management Service from project inception and implementation through to hand-over and closeout. Our team of highly qualified, technically gifted engineers have extensive experience in the design and integration of mechanical and electrical services that include all stages of development, from concept design through to project hand-over.

Energy rating Process

Renaissance Engineering will meet with the client and gain an understanding of their future plans for the premises and we will prepare cost plans for our succested engineering solutions. The energy management plans and the energy rating will drive the selection of the plant and equipment, the fabric of the building and insullation requirements.

Tender process

Renaissance Engineering will prepare the full drawings and specifications, the tender documents and the selection of contractors. We will work closely with the constrution team to design the programme and ensure that the engineering schedule is met.

Certification

Renaissance Engineering will test and certifify all installed building services and provide the architect with the Ancillarry Certificates.
